SmartPM – MS Project Online Tutorial – Lunch Time Series
This five hour tutorial introduces Microsoft Project, an indispensable tool for project managers with its ability to manage a wide array of project components. Managing the project constraints (Time, Scope, and Cost) is strengthened by the intuitive software interface. Project practitioners will benefit from adding yet another tool to their tool-kit. This hands-on course will offer an introduction to the MS project software through the life-cycle of an on-going business case and associated practice files.
This course will benefit project managers and practitioners wishing to enhance their project scheduling and tracking skills.

Class commences Monday, August 21st, 2017 at noon.
The five hour online tutorial runs from noon hour to 1:00 pm for Five Consecutive Days, August 21st to 25th.
Each of these units will have extra hours assignments between units.
Class is conducted using Video Conferencing. Students should have access to headphones, microphone, and MS Project 2010 or later installed on their computers.
